Примечание 1. Существуют определенные ограничения по выбору типа крепежа для фланцевого соединения. При давлении до 25 кгс/см2 Вы можете заказать как болт, так и шпильку. При давлении же свыше 25 кгс/см2 , согласно ГОСТ 12816-80, применение болтов не допускается.

Шпильки для фланцевых соединений с температурой среды от 0 до 650°C (ГОСТ 9066-75)
Шпильки односторонние и двусторонние предназначены для фланцевых соединений паровых и газовых турбин, паровых котлов, трубопроводов и соединительных частей, арматуры, приборов, аппаратов и резервуаров с температурой среды от 0 до 6500С, производятся по ГОСТ 9066-75.
Шпильки производятся следующих типов:
Тип А
Шпилька сплошная с одинаковыми номинальными диаметрами резьбы и гладкой части применяется для фланцевых соединений трубопроводов паровых котлов, паровых и газовых турбин, арматуры, приборов и резервуаров с температурой металла менее или равной 3000С.
